About Us

The United States Bureau of Labor & Retaliatory Ethics Oversight (USBLREO) is a federal investigative division established to uphold the ethical integrity of labor practices across all sectors of employment, with a specialized focus on retaliation, misclassification, and the suppression of whistleblower rights.

Formed under executive labor protection authority, USBLREO operates independently and in parallel with agencies such as OSHA, the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Our mission is clear:

Protect workers. Enforce ethics. Ensure accountability.
